Cancellation Window
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our professionals whose time has been reserved.

Refund Process
- For eligible cancellations, refunds will be initiated automatically to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
- If you cancel a "Cash on Delivery" or "Pay at Home" booking within 24 hours, the cancellation fee will be added to your next booking or charged to your account.
Consultation Fees
Dermatologist consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. However, the consultation fee is 100% adjusted against any treatment package you book with us within 7 days of the consultation.
Service Dissatisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact our support team at hello@trglowcare.in within 24 hours of the service completion. We will investigate the matter and, at our discretion, offer a re-service or partial/full refund.
